Currently employed by Ravensdown as Principal Consultant-Environmental, managing
North Island staff and completing Farm Environmental Plans (FEPs), Nutrient Budgets and
Resource Consents for variety of farm systems.

Also sub contract to B+LNZ running workshops relating to FEPs and Greenhouse Gas and involved in national project (funded by MPI) reporting on sheep and beef farmers’ financial performance and environmental footprint.

Eight years’ experience with the Tukituki Plan Change, initially as a Senior Land Management Advisor at HBRC involved with initial implementation, and then in current role assisting farmers to meet their regulatory requirements.

Chairman of the Tukipo Catchment Care Group, who are approx. 1.5 years into a 4 year, $2.2 million MfE funded Freshwater Improvement Fund project targeting riparian planting, waterway retirement and wetland construction. Catchment Group were winners of Ballance Farm Environmental Awards East Coast/Hawkes Bay 2022.
